Cons: Construction outside the hotel. Although it never disrupted our experience.
Reviewer Comment: My wife and I were stuck in Kansas City (work) during our 20th wedding anniversary. Initially we were bummed to have to be in Kansas City but the hotel management particularly Kathryn Phillips made what we thought was going to be a miserable trip an AMAZING weekend. I cant say enough great things about the hotel, the restuarant, and the professionalism of the staff. The hotel was 1st class and the staff was even better. Our experience here makes us want to come back to Kansas City and explore the Plaza and the surroundig area. We will definitely be staying at The Raphael when we are in the area again. Thank you!
