The championship-worthy meal is $777 and feeds up to six people.“It is extravagant, but that's the idea,” said Jordan Carver, the Director of Food and Beverage at Chaz. “Executive Chef Hartwig and I wanted to create a meal that's worthy of our reigning Super Bowl Champions, and with ingredients like Akaushi beef and 24 karat gold, we believe that's what we accomplished,” Carver said.The Lucky Number 7 Championship Meal features prestigious dishes with rare ingredients that are not typically found on menus in Kansas City, such as Smoked Akauski Prime Rib. One of the four breeds that make up Wagyu, Akaushi is known as the Emperor's Breed and is a premium cut with an obvious superior quality and taste above other beef available in the U.S. The menu also includes a 24 Karat Chocolate Torte.
