On a daily basis, Hahn’s menu is a playful mix of style and cuisines: pan-fried oysters served with cheesy grits, a Belgian slaw made with white endive and tossed with apple, mint, walnut and pumpkin seeds, and Tuscan rib-eye with roasted tomatoes. His famous rack of New Zealand lamb is a menu masterpiece and the chocolate mousse is simply irresistible.
